I was referred to Advanced Health and Wellness by a friend who has never been there, I’ve had chronic pain in my neck and low back for many years, so I decided to give them a try. After just one visit I felt better than I ever had after a chiropractic visit. I’m now on visit 3, and am showing improvement with my migraines, headaches, and back pain already! I am so thrilled with my progress so far, and I love the atmosphere. The staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and the care is top notch. I highly recommend that you go and at least be evaluated here, and I know you will definitely want to stay for continued care.

I’ve recently started seeing Dr. Bupp & Dr. Zach at Advanced Health & Wellness Center. They tailored a plan specific to my own needs & then started executing it. I missed a week due to my own fault (I was sick, kid was sick, life stuff). I could definitely feel the difference & as soon as I started my treatment again I’m feeling more energized & able to get around more freely. The entire office staff is amazing. Advanced Health and Wellness Center has tremendously changed my quality of life, the daily amount of pain I used to be in has been eased every time I come. One of the best places that truly has the best interest for the patient in mind! Great staff and facility. With a family like atmosphere, they will always try to find the root cause of your problem rather than just masking it with medication. Been coming to Dr. Bupp for years and honestly wouldn't want to go anywhere else.

Going weekly to get adjusted has helped keep my spine and neck more flexible. Doing some maintenance exercises at home has helped prolong the benefits of the adjustments.
